Gigasonet ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SimplifyTask: AI ToDo List mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App and outlines our commitment to protecting your privacy.

1. Data Collection and Storage

Your privacy is a core part of SimplifyTask's design.

All tasks, goals, subtasks, and related productivity data are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not maintain a centralized database containing your personal task information, and the App does not require account creation, registration, or login to access its core features.

Because your data remains on your device, you retain direct control over your information.

2. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide the "Simplify with AI" feature, the goal or task text that you submit is securely transmitted to our AI service provider, NVIDIA API, for the sole purpose of generating task breakdowns and subtasks.

This information is processed temporarily to fulfill your request and is not intentionally stored by us, linked to your identity, or used by us for advertising purposes.

Please note that processing of submitted text may be subject to the policies and practices of the third-party AI provider.

3. Account and Data Deletion

SimplifyTask operates without user accounts and does not store your task data on our servers.

Since all information is stored locally on your device, you can permanently remove your data at any time.

To delete all stored task data:

1. Open the SimplifyTask app.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select "Clear Local Tasks".

This action permanently removes locally stored tasks and related data from your device.

4. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising partners, including services such as Google AdMob.

These advertising providers may use your device's Advertising ID or similar technologies to deliver relevant advertisements and measure advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal task data to advertisers.

Information collected by advertising providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or changes to our services.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
